Seedy Weed, Case Dismissed

Say you get popped for being over and your buds are full of seeds and the police weigh your seedy buds and use that as final weight.

Could you not get it thrown out because the weight is not accurate because of the contained seeds that can't be counted against you? Same for stems...

Just a thought...

I doubt that will work. I have heard about feds weighing roots an all to get a final weight. and counting unrooted cuttings as a plant.

depends on how good your attorney is i would guess. if the bag was kept for evidence i would think your attorney could argue that and have it weighed sans seeds and hopefully get a better result. as for unrooted cuttings being counted towards your total plant count i can see that since they are in the process of becoming plants where as a seed alone won't just sprout and isn't counted against you but when planted it will also become a plant(hopefully)

That's like asking if you can get your cocaine charges dropped if you inform them it's mixed with baking soda, a totally innocent compound that's weight should be subtracted mr officer. Lol naw my friends joke that cops water the dirt then dig it all up with a tractor then weigh everything an add the cost whatever else an BAM thats the weight of drugs this person was going to peddle at the closest school to your friends kids! they are not friendly to us. Don't make the mistake of thinking they are rational. A friend of mine just went to prison for admitting smoking weed after a surgery and he has his medical card. His case was diff then most but my point should still one across-they are not cool with weed and they will punish you if able as hard as they can

You Could Argue the point of USABLE in court. Michael Komorn won a case a few weeks ago on a sec 8 dismissal. charge involved 14lbs, a CG and assigned Pts.

So as a point of Fact, Usable is indeed not a MUTE Argument. It is Infact, one of the Most Important arguments, and has standing in more and more courts since the 1st MSC ruling.

So yes, you could indeed argue the seeds are not USABLE Medicine, thus should not be counted in the finale weight, same goes for the Stems, and the Non Usable Fan Leaves. Leaving the Bud itself, as possibly the only Usable part of the plant/evidence.

They put people in prison for smoking pot? I can see for growing or selling, but i never heard of prison time just for smoking.

Ask John Sinclair, they gave him 10 years for giving 2 joints to an attractive undercover NARC in 1970.
