what is cubensis B+ spores? is that what you wraped the rice in?
The spores are just the mushroom "seeds" which are extremely tiny. They generally come on a piece of paper or in a syringe.what is cubensis B+ spores? is that what you wraped the rice in?
Cool thanks bro I have had psilocybin mushrooms before in Amsterdam, I can't remember what type but I'm getting the same spores your used. I was wondering if you have ever tried these https://www.rollitup.org/hallucinatory-substances/116455-amanita-muscaria.html ?hey, i hope it works for you. When you put the lids on don't put them on real tight when you put them in the water. And when you take off the lids to put the spores in, do it in a room where there's as little dust as possible floating around. Ie, turn off heat or ac and make sure you're in a room that's not drafty and doesn't have anything moldy in it. ideally, you put the spores in when the jar is warm, but not hot. that way there is moisture that condenses on the spores and makes them grow more quickly.
oh yeah, and be careful with mushrooms, they can seriously fuck with you. if you're not sure how much to eat, err on the side of not enough.
How did This go??Now I'm trying to see if I can get the mycella to take over an entire casserole dish of brown rice that I baked in the oven. If that works, I'll have a steady supply of shrooms for like a year!
The rice is just about taken over, but I had to cut off about maybe 20% of it due to contamination. It's not that that much was contaminated, just that I have to cut off a lot to make sure it's all gone. I was a bit too careless after the first week or two, and I made the mistake of turning on a fan in the room before i opened the top. This dish of rice will produce, in maybe a couple weeks. How did This go??
I ended up getting mushrooms from this technique, but by the time it was ready, the temperature was too low for proper mushroom formation. I didn't realize the mushrooms needed heat for quite a while, and by the time I finally put a heating pad under them, they'd been sitting there for quite a while. They did grow mushrooms though, and quite a lot of them. The only problem was mushrooms only grew from the edge of the cake, not the bottom, which was the part that was face up. A lot of mushrooms ended up growing from the edge of the cake, but they were very crowded and didn't get that big. This method worked, but I think that overall it was easier to use jars. How did This go??
