thanks :) does it really effect yield like im told it does?
Yeah it does. If you just top, aside from controlling the plants height, you get 2 mains instead of one. If you FIMM you can get as many as 4 or 6. Topping the apical meristem temporarily ceases the production of auxin by the plant. One of the many purposes of auxin is to inhibit side growth. MJ is an apically dominant plant. Meaning the the plant puts most of it's effort into the main. Once auxin is no longer produced by the main meristem, side growth starts to explode.

i realize now that i could have topped one of them (drooped hard with thirst and lost nug development went back to veg for a while and got taller before flower again) :(
but alls well now, except;

i got tomato fert to flower them and it was a bury in the soil kind of thing, i figured thats awsome but made a huge oversight in burying some of the mix in my only younger plant :(. leaf tips are burning and it's is still in need of nitrogen(i say it because sex not identified), will feeding *her(hump hopiin) nitrogen add to burn?(its earth juice) will watering her add to burn? :(

first pic is progress (:'D) second is young plant
please help identify sex!
