The guy at the hydro store told me he grows he told me he had like 10 difffrent strains and yeilded 2-3 ounces per plant. ima tell you what happened im new to the area and i was looking for some soil so i look online and found this hydro store literally 5 mins away from me so i called them to ask them if they had "Fox farm ocean forest" they told me yea cuz i heard FFOF is good stuff to use. Well when i came into his store he told me you dont want FFOF it will burn ur clone go with CoCo choir and i also asked for Fox farm nutes he told me that nectar for the gods is better now im not saying he's right im just telling u what he told me like i said its my second grow

Gotcha thanks man also i already topped my plants they are starting to get bushier at the nodes i don't see the top growing back tho it's only been 3 days tho so idk if thats a good thing or a bad thing lol

But anyways back on the point with the hydro store he def wasnt trying to make me spend my money he was legit with me as hell he gave me all the nutes for free, he gave me the 600 watt hps for free, And i only spent 15 dollars on a huge bag of coco choir so you don't kno what your saying how does it feel being stupid towards a 19 yr old? Enlighten me!

I thought the point you were trying to make was that you weren't rude...and you keep getting ruder with every post. And you expect me to believe a hydro shop gave you all your nutes for free and not only the nutes...but a 600w HPS. I really don't know what you were trying to prove with this post. But every post you make you dig yourself into a deeper hole and sound more like a "know it all kid".

I tried to help you...gave you bits and pieces of advice while at the same time trying to point out that your going about getting advice and tips the whole wrong way. And it's good you're not a "kid anymore", congrats. Maybe you should start acting like it.

if its not the nutes, soil, atmosphere, lights or lack of ventilation, and you said you topped, then you did it wrong cuz those pics look more like poison ivy than weed. id start over. start growing new plants and start a new thread, maybe even get a new username. its possible ismokealot13 may get trolled for the duration of that screen names existence. not trying to be a dick but next time smoke some weed before you post, that goes for everyone...smoke some good and chill out, lol.

I don't think he had any to smoke seeing as he only got a quarter off his first grow...I guess that's mean. But I've done been told to fuck off too many times and I feel it's deserved.

Ok here goes.

I've just read this entire thread.

Firstly I would like to say to the OP ismokealot is you're using coco coir, so you need to be feeding every time you water.

Coco can be used with a pH range of anywhere between 5.2-6.2ph but the optimum and easiest pH to keep is 5.8. This is the pH that your nutrients should be set to before feeding.

Feed after the pot has dried around 50%.

Are you testing your nutrient strength?
What is your feed strength if you are?

Make sure you get around 20% runoff out the bottom if the pot.

I have to agree with every other person here that you should choose the 600w for vegging the plant. HOWEVER didn't you say you don't have any ventilation? How do you plan to keep temps down using the 600w.


IMO you should scrap that plant, get a new clone and start again.
