Drink instead of eat. Water or squash, but not the point you flush all the salts out of yourself. Exercise- it will distract you and make you feel good. Munch on dry cereal, or something you hate the taste of so it'll put you off. Obviously avoid the kitchen. Make yourself really comfortable so you won't want to leave your cosy spot to go get food. Chew but don't swallow. If you must eat, make something that takes a while to cook- you'll exercise whilst cooking, the cooking time takes up some of your available eating time and once it's gone you can't as easily just go back for another portion.
