Any suggestion on rigging a stealthy way for my ladys to self water gorilla style.... water must last 2 or 3 weeks

This is pretty difficult to do without buying some proper drip feed nozzles to control the flow.

For water storage though...well...you could use anything. An inflatable lilo or something like that could be used to store the water quite flat, so you could cover it with soil or vegetation. Bear in mind that this would squeeze the water out of the nozzle, maybe making it empty too quick.

Car battery... near by river.. irrigation & plumbing system..
and of course a trowel to dig all the pipes into the ground.

hmm no water close enough for dripline..... i thought about burying a 5 gallon bucket with just the top sticking out of ground with a couple Very small holes in the bottom to where water can slowly be released. planting like 4 around each bucket

Well, controlling the speed of release of the water is the hardest, and most important part. No point doing it if your bucket is empty in 24 hrs. You can do trial and error, but it'd be better if you had some control.

I once looked at buying an IV drip clamp to water my plants while I went on holiday. Never did it in the end, but it could be a cheap way to control your water flow accurately.

The best self watering gorilla grow I've ever seen was a smart pot at the edge of a pond..........the plant was a Monster, 15ft, I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it. A smart pot at the edge of a water source is awesome..........good luck.....

5gal. bucket example: Fill half way with stone, not gravel and fill with water to the top of the stone. Cut a box or window screen into a fitting circle, put on top of the stone. Make many drain holes at THE TOP OF STONE LEVEL ONLY. Fill the remainder with soil. You can do this with any scale and if using a box, line it with a trash bag first. It creates a water table below the soil. Should get weeks at a time out of it. Just an idea to consider !i

You don't need a smart pot for a plant next to a pond.
The root's will dig itself towards the water anyways. So a plant near a water source or directly next partnering it is excellent results anyways.

IVs can be set-up with whatever size container you like, and the flow should stay steady...

5 gallons is 22,730 ml, so it would take between 120 and 1,500 hrs (4 days - 62 days) to empty.
