but, the same shit goes for something like a wedding ring


if you give a woman a wedding ring, and later on you get divorced, you do NOT get the ring back, it was a gift

same goes for this ps3, if she did buy it FOR him, and GIVE it to him, he now has full ownership of such gift, and breaking it because you bought it is still horrible
