How many years has this bullshit been going on now and how much cash has transfer from MJ businessmen to lobbyists to these state politicians in the name of 4209/Provisioning Centers over that time? Why the hell has 4210/Concentrates not been passed, just because the businessmen, lobbyists and politicians cannot agree on how to divvy up their booty every year? 4210 merely clarifies the legality striped from concentrates by some clowns opinion on a higher court looking to maintain the drug war they profit from? How is this hostage situation acceptable?

And the bigger picture. Lansing D.C. has been very clear what they are setting out for the MMM A, will be the foundation for legalized recreational pot.
Seed to Jail, errr Sale Tracking, Mine Weed from 660 and More L.E. funding and authority with No Knock, Warrantless Compliance Checks like they were doing all year up north dropping out of Helicopters with 2 and 3 ground patrols to ensure Compliance with no probable cause...
The State, and the Community Fountainheads have done exactly what I was telling everyone was going to happen since mid year. Not trying to break my arm patting myself on the back, I take no joy in being proven correct on this matter. But it can not be denied we are exactly where I and so many others have said we would be at if nothing changed. Well, here we are. But there has been Change, and this change has reignited the original concept of Full and Total repeal of Cannabis Prohibition in Michigan with no fine, or penalties or legislation to diminish use.
No arbitrary limits Repeal of any and all penalties and prohibitions of any kind.
We can beg the Government Servants to fix it for us, or we can beg to give them more Indirect Statutory Legislation for Legislature to Legislate on like they have been the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act.
Or we can stand up like Adult Men and Women, and Fix it Our Own Damn Selves.
Abrogate Prohibition Michigan Because Michigan Legislature Creates More Laws and Criminals.
