Sentinel MDT-1 Controller

Looking for advise on programming this digital timer. I have an HPH-4 High Power HID Controller plugged into this unit at the Light On receptacle. I am using 4 - 1000W HID's housed in Cool Sun Hoods with 8" ducts. The 8" in line fan is plugged into the Recycle outlet and programmed for 24 hour cycle and 12 hour ON Time for the 12/12 flower period. (Attempting to have the controller shut the lights and the fan off or on at the same time).

I seem to have something set wrong because neither the lights nor the fan ever go off.

Hoping someone familiar with this controller can shed some "LIGHT" on the subject as the guys at the Hydro Shop I purchased from aren't trained in the product.

I found the directions very simple. Yes a resurection from the dead, but we gotta help out the lurkers too. If you cant get it to work per the instructions, then youre trying something it cant do. Belive me theres lots youre assuming it can, but cant. Or, its simply broken. I dont know when chinese friday afternoon is, but maybe you got one of those. Good luck to all.
