The crispy parts won't recover, but the parts that survive are still useful. I'd gently crumble off the crisp ends/edges and leave the remaining alive bits alive. Jmo. cn

That's tough; sorry to hear it. But every last square inch of vital leaf will assist in the plant's recovery.
I'm guessing this plant is from seed and not a clone, and in soil. If it were a clone or you have clones going, I'd say "do over". But there's also a lot of fun ime in scoring a cliffhanger save. My experience with milder nute burn is that it strikes like lightning but ends very quickly too ... so if your worry is about residual salts, I wouldn't worry. You flushed, right? If so, I would count any remaining green as still good. If a more seasoned grower disagrees, please chime in!

Out of curiosity, what medium (soil type/brand) and what nutes? Known strain or bagseed? Is this a first grow, and do you have other plants going under the same light (what light)? cn

Soil is 1/3 patio plus 1/3 mg and 1/3 of healthy ground soil. nutes are some shitty orchid feeder but i just ordered botanicare. trainwreck! first grow outdoor brotha!

Since most of the leaves are burnt when i take it off should i take it of from the stem or the leaf itself im just wondering cuz the part in between the stem and main stem can be a bud site right?

Miracle grow contains a lot of nutrients already, does it not? Try feeding them just water until they show deficiencies. It's better to be too gentle than too harsh (soooooo much better).

Also, nutrients are nutrients. It's just a matter of ratios and micronutrients. The CNS-17 from Botanicare is a good all in one. Has all the essential micronutrients etc. The orchid nutes could very well have the same though (there are some good orchid mixes that work well for MJ). It's mostly a matter of the NPK ratios.

How much are you feeding (PPM's, EC, just following manufacturers directions) ? For now I'd cut it down to no added ferts and just letting it go with water until it shows deficiency, like I said. Obviously you need to flush things out a bit anyway. Good luck.

Bud sites are made clear by pistil formation. Just scrape the dead bits of leaf off and keep whats living around - you will need it to regenerate from all the damage done.

Well, if the entire leaf is dead then yes, just remove the stem. It is possible the entire plant is dead (from what you're describing).

Well no only the leaves that are already grown are dead. the new leaves coming in as well as a few other leaves are good as new

FLUSH are already mentioned, and then leave it alone, when the plant is finished with the damaged areas it will discard them itself.
