I had probs. with cicuit breakers in my last house. In UK we got new breakers and they trip on lower feedbacks than the old ones. I asked the electrician if they could be upped but he told me these were standard now... nothing he could do for me.
What I did next... I had an old boiler that I don`t use so I took the wiring from that and used it for my new cicuit!! Job done. Of course you could spur from your boiler or shower cicuit, they run more power.
Another alternative is to run from an electric oven socket, most places have the socket, but if you do not have electric oven you can re-use it. If you do have elctric oven you can still wire into the socket and use that.
Last alternative, and this ones for me, sell off the lighting and buy the new led panels. 20-30% of the power for the same output.
