serious problem during early flower

hi guys!
First post in this forum, i love this site so hopefully we can "grow" a long way together lol....
This is my very first grow, iam growing with organic soil (cant remember the name).
Im using organic Garden Ville Rocket Fuel fert 2-6-1, the last pot i had used before i used miracle grow soil and it burned it a little so i had to to flush and transplant, when i did the transplant the plant was about 1 month old, i put the new organic soil in and sprinkled some of that rocket fuel cus it looks like its in early flower cus clusters of white hairs are all over the noticeable soon to be budding sites, and i didnt wanna add to much nutes since i thought it was a little burned alrdy. Anyways i tied the two colas down just a little to get more sunlight in kept them tied for about a week and a half then yesterday i noticed it doing this so i untied them and havent watered since 2 days ago.
id really appreciate some advise to get my baby back to where she needs to be. I do not have a ph meter or anything like that, what i usually do is let my pitcher of tap water sit out for about 24 hours.
Anyways here she is.....

well its not uploading my photos, all leaves on my plant are badly curling down excpet very new growth and some leafs in the middle of the plant and bottom are turning yellow and dying.

i will keep trying to get pics on here.

I've heard they don't grow above 85 degrees. My outdoors ones haven't really grown that well either in 90 degree weather. If you can shade them it might help.

When the leaves curl down it can be an overwatering issue, or a ph problem. If your ph is too acidic or too alkaline, the roots won't be able to take up nutrition from the soil. The leaves will curl down like that to let you know thats the problem. Do you allow your soil to dry up a little bit inbetween waterings? I know it can seem like a good idea to overly saturate your soil with water, especially in a climate as hot as you're in, but it ends up drowning your plants. cranker has a good suggestion about shading your plants from the mid-day sun. Many Nor-cal outdoor growers will build simple frames around plants with a square piece of white linen over the top of the plant to shade it from the mid-day sun. A photo would be most helpful. Respect.

I am current living in Texas, I have a 10 x 20 shade cloth shade house. I am currently growing several strans most of which are heat resedent, it has been 100* or higher the last week and all is doing well iin %50 shade envirment. I also have a indoors bud room 8 x 8 and 2 closets 1 for mothers and 1 for cutting. I have found a well established Plant/herbs can grown in a plus 100* with no burn. Right now I have 4 kinds of autos a week from harvest... next we are growing my own cross of Lonstar Blue Heaven in the shade house to finish out naturaly.
