Serious problem lol and i cannot stop lol....

I am writing this because I am desperate lol
It seems that nothing I do lol
or try lol can help me to stop lol
or even to reduce the amount lol that I use lol.

I used to be able to construct sentences lol
without littering my prose lol
with the meaningless abbreviation for 'laugh out loud' (lol) lol.

Most of the time lol there is no apparent reason lol
for laughter lol.
Often lol I write 'lol' after articulating a sentiment lol
that has no connection to humour lol.
For example lol:
"Today I bought a Lumatek 600w dimmable lol,
it came with an instruction manual lol.....".

This inability to convey even the most basic of thoughts lol
is slowly destroying my self esteem lol
and I fear the possibility of being shunned lol
by everyone and anyone I have ever loved lol.

lol Please help! lol
I AM DESPERATE LOL
AND HAVE NOWHERE TO TURN LOL.

(Last night I seriously contemplated suicide lol).

25 years ago I remember everyone littering their spoken sentences with 'Man...' all the time.
"Did you see that car, man....I think it was the new Saab, man....".
I thought that was annoying but this more recent development of writing lol fucking everywhere......
But, then again, I hate text language.
"r u OK m8 ???"
"u t tds bt I n v u...."

SO ANNOYING!!

Ohh and suicide ya I think of it often ...I think is this honestly what life is a struggle to.be on top, pay bills, go to work and just to do it all again the next day....Ive thought how easy it would be to put my gun to my chest but dont.....im not depressed in my opinion but hate what we consider life
