You need to do some penis exercises. Do kegel workouts a few times a week. Also do start and stops, which is where u jerk it and get to where ur about to bbust then u stop, and u do this for like 20-30 minutes till u finally nut. The kegel workout is really great it allows u to physically stop your body from ejaculation. whatever you do dont try the desensitizing spray or rubbers. Check this site out, lpsg.org.
