Serious question to help figure out how many plants to have

Ok I'll be setting up a room soon and I need to know what's the amount of plants per sq foot in veg stage and whats the plants per sq foot in the flowering stage.... The style of growing I wanna have is going to allow the plants to be double topped and stay in rotation by theory I will have a clone closet they would then go from there to the first veg room veg for two weeks then get topped and get for another week then go to the second room veg for another week then get topped and veg for another two weeks.... Then move into the flowering room four four weeks or so.. What are some opinions on that method and if they're things I should change for the better yeilds and healthier plants please inform me of them I take criticism for me to learn and benefit from..... Some one please tell me that has multiple grows under their belt what they think I should do if there's a better way to get multiple colas that will grow nice and big not into the popcorn buds...

Wait nvm that's wrong that's way to long for vegging isn't it? It was an idea my freind threw out there and I never put much thought into it sorry..... Any what's the best setup to have my plants topped and get nice big colas with dense buds but be in a setup where once those are done harvesting the next set is already ready to go into flowering..... Any suggestions greatly appreciated

easiest answer....try to have a foot to a foot and a half distance between each pot...figure out the max plants you can have depending on your pot size and your grow area...the more space each plant can have the better...a cramped plant is an unhappy plant

Basically the more you top the more room you will need since your plants will get wider. Some strains also have a negative effect to topping (not as potent, dense, and or as big of buds). You will want to experiment by topping some & not others. Topping twice is usually a good method.

Check out the plants above, they were not topped & the buds are pretty nice. They also are only taking up about 4x5ft of space since I can group them closer together.

There are also other factors to consider, which are very important: Good air flow (fans & ventilation), temp (75-85), & humidity(45-55).

Very true, the more light your plants get the better they will grow. Crowding them together will decrease the yield of each plant.

Ok but is that leaving it space to bush out or is that what is needed even when kept trimmed.... Sorry I just read so much shit it all started to blend together but I'm making a document with a bunch of random info I have collected from experienced growers so when I have a question or I forge something I have that to go right to

ive been using the ccob method recently (crop circle training)....there are a few ways to do it..but the best ive seen is to top the plant above the first true node...then train the 2 new branches arond the top of the container/pot they are in....you end up with a ton of colas...saves you a ton of head space.will give you a great yield...but can take a little longer because most if not all of the training has to be done while its still vegging so veg time can take a little longer...but more then worth it\

but do some research on your own on the topping and training and figure out what works best for you and your grow area...theres no perfect set way to grow.everyone is different...but this plant is really good about giving you options

just imo its best not to trim anything off the plant..many different theories on defoliation...i just dont think its good at any time to cut off the plants main source of energy...proper training will always work better then chopping things off

Yep, you basically want to have each plant as close to each other without actually touching. I have 6 plants in that pic, so 1sq ft per plants is pretty close.

No problem, growing plants not just MJ has been a hobby of mine for many years

I recommend reading a MJ book, a really good one is Jorge Cervantes Grower's Bible.
