Serious Seeds offers Innovative Tracking System - thank you Thomas!

I've purchased my fair share of seeds from Attitude, and am usually a sucker for the monthly deals with lots of freebies. Usually the germination rate on the freebies is hit or miss, but the quality of the packaged seeds is quite good. The difficult part of the equation is -- what happens when a entire pack of seeds fails to ger. minate? I applaude Serious Seeds for their effort to verify and track their inventory by putting a serial number on each pack. When a entire pack of Serious Seeds from Attitude did not germinate, Thomas at Serious Seeds was able to track the individual pack, verify as genuine and provide a replacement pack. I'm sure Attitude gets replacement requests every day and probably denies almost every one. By contacting Serious Seeds directly and providing the tracking I was able to bypass Attitude and get replacements. Kudos to Serious Seeds and Thomas!

If its ak47 your growing if you keep a detailed log and inform serious about it they will most likely hook you up with another pack of whatever strain you want of theirs. There were some issues with that strain but simon has asked for grow reports to prove its still legit. This is coming from another forum but it was asked of the members there.

My germination problem was not with the AK-47, but thanks for the input. I was just happy to get a personal reply from Serious Seeds and get the issue resolved in a fair manner.

A quick follow-up. Seeds arrived promptly from Serious. Germed six of 11, 100% popped in 36 hours. Great Customer Service!!!!!
