i understand why someone would enjoy it .... but there's a reason they aren't addictive. The high just isn't worth the side effects .... i've taken as low as a quarter of 25 to 200mgs and no matter what it floors me all the same. i don't like it. dry mouth, hangover, drop in blood pressure/sugar, risk of falling out, you're a total zombie.
BUT ...it's a safe drug for the most part, as long as it's not combined with alcohol or high doses of other depressants especially opiates.
things it's good for are coming down from stimulants ie; coke, meth, lsd, bad trips, insomnia, and obviously bpd which it can work wonders for
if you like it go with it .......i guess

i was prescribed this shit when i was 8 years old, stuff didn't get me high. never overdosed though so i dont know, then again i resented the fact that i was prescribed medicine and often tucked it under my tongue and spat it out in the bathroom.

i suppose the feeling could be considered nice. it's similar to taking unisom and staying up. however kind of pointless IMO. if i'm looking to feel intoxicated i just drink alcohol or take some benzos. i was on risperdal (very similar) for a long while and it really does make you feel like a zombie. you also risk getting tardive dyskinesia (may be a long term side effect, not sure though)

it's like being really slap happy.

They didnt make me tired, but also a low dose. Stay low, stay mellow. fukn all this talk about them, kinda makes me want some now.... I had some 100's here but tossed em, they were kinda old, and didnt want to chance it. I dont trust chem lab drugs really. I trust mother nature.

Was perscribed that for a while, never been the type to do pills at all but I would notice that if I could make it past the first initial wanting to sleep phase and then burned down a bowl it would be an amazing body high where I was literally couch glued!!! Shit would make my legs twitch too if I didn't go to sleep right away and had to stop taking them.

Haha ya man. I used to have others try it but it wouldn't make them tired at all. Sometimes even the exact opposite would occur. It reacts differently with different people I guess.

Brand new and shiney, I am. Surprised to fined thread about quetipine here. Psych prescribed about 2 months ago--200mg./night plus 2X25mg. daytime. Just now getting used to it, and it's doing a good job with regard to the psychotic depression stuff. When used with opiods I tend to have a lot of detailed conversations with no one else in the room. Just like right now ! One thing you should know is that there's a high probability of developing tardis diskinesia --Permanent involuntary twitches and such-- with long-term use. Recreationally, not a problem (Wiki it). Get past the sleepy part, it's the best mellow I've found. Glad your all here.

While I'm posting, can somebody guide me to the best forum for legal safety? Like ordering seeds via mail and such.

My mother uses those, I used to tell her all the time that they were originally for psych ward patients. It's a coma in a pill. No thanks. I can appreciate its uses though.

I used to be prescribed it and the only time I used it was to make myself go to sleep after a trip or amphetamines cuz that shit makes you pass out hard and long. I can't see how it could be recreational though, it at least wasn't for me.

I have unfortunately been on Seroquel for about 5 years now. Doseage is around 400mg/nite and b4 you can say "Oh Shit", You have developed a bitch of a tolerance to it. Decreasing the dosecan be scary to say the least. Stay away from this antiphycotic cuz you will regret it...maybe not at first, but you will.
Now, not even canabis will put me to sleep! BUMMER!!

been using seroquel recreationally for about 4 years now. im prescribed 25mg a day but normally dont even take it until a saturday night comes and i do about 3-400mg. to me, its an amazing body high followed by the best night of sleep ever! anyone else ever take any? doses? expeirences? like it? any fun stories of nights you were on it? ive got a few lol. keep it clean after all i am legally prescribed it. and i might do it once a month.
Fuck that shit. I took once to help me sleep. Woke up the next day w/ the worst case of depression I have ever had. Took almost all day to come out of it. I am normally not a depressed person no matter how bad things get, and things have been bad from time to time.

I will never take that stuff again.
