Server Rack Closet Grow (First attempt at Hydro)

Detail: This purple erkle was growing in soil on my friends belcony, until 2 days ago when I transplanted it into Hydro and it seemed to do better. This hydro was placed outdoor for a day, until I finished building a custom grow closet for it using a server rack closet :)

Right now the plant is under 2 Hitachi BIG4U 45 Watts CFLS that are suppose to put out light equivalent to a 240 WATT Bulb brightness (according to the box). These two builbs are 220-240V and have 2,500 Lumens with one being white and one orange. The reason for using these bulbs for now is that my 400W HPS is not working atm.

The closet itself was washed down, and dried then I did all the wiring for 2 PC fans sucking out heat from top, and 2 PC fans sucking cool air in from bottom.

The Hydro system is just a bubbler with pump and 2 airstones and lava rocks for my medium. Water that is bubbling comes in around 2-3 cm into the pot bottom. Root has not dipped into water directly yet as its still growing.

PH level of my water is around 5.7-6.2 (dont have a digital meter), using PH water water drop kit to check.

My question is:
1) Obviously more light is going to be better, however is what I have sufficient up until flower for just 1 plant?
2) how often do you water hydro plants that roots have not worked its way to the water yet.
3)Is this plant too stretched ? does it seem normal?

that is a cool little box you have there..
thos flos will work fine to veg that little girl out.. and the way you should be watering right now is have the water level in your tub so it just touches the bottom of the basket and make sure you have plenty of bubbles to push the water up into the basket...
also cover up that foam rooting cube so no lite gets to it..
all is good otherwise perfectly normal little lady. just get that light as close as you can get it without burning like a few inches normally +or-

box does not mention Kalven :(

but thanks guys i'll check on that and make sure it is a bit closer.

apperently yesterday before putting into the closet I saw a spider mite so I got rid of it and the little web, no more spider mite is seen and I don't notice anymore webs however 2 bottom leaves (not the seedling feeding leaves) have little bit of white specs and look sort of yellow a bit. I am assuming this is from the spider mite, will this improve on its own?
