Set up

Hey there I just want to know what people think about my set up. I'm growing in a 8 foot tall 4 foot wide box I built it will be outside in my sunroom I am using a 1000watt hps MH light I'm gunna be using 5 gallon pots with happy frog soil with kelp meal bat shit blood and bone meal my nutes are ff grow big big bud and tiger bloom I have Mylar on all the walls I'm gunna have the light 2 1/2 feet from the plants I have a fan in there and a ventalation system to keep the heat down I'm gunna be growing 5 feminized white widow and one feminized of kush I got from attitude seed bank that's pretty much if you have any questions please ask and I'm taking in all the info I can get so don't be scared to tell me if I'm doing something wrong thanks for your time guys

my first question is what is the depth of the box, if it's less that 4 feet deep I would think that 1000 is going to be hard to keep cool...

sounds good the 4x4 is a bit tight i've seen marvelous grows in 4x4 using 1k where they shape the canopy like a "U" so they cover more surface area and get more bud. tie or make a screen top and train plants to shape them

I've just moved 1000w HPS into my 4 x 4ft tent (6ft high)
It's a LUMATEK with SUPER LUMENS setting so it's more like 1100w.

Keeping the heat down is hard but the girls have REALLY responded to the change up from 600w MH to 1000w HPS.

Yeah we're gunna scrog it and top it I will post some pics of the box after I get everything how I want it and yes you are correct, later on this will be my veg box and I will build one alil bigger for flower, excuse the mess I'm in the prosses of sealing it before I put the Mylar on

We have similar ideas, my friend.
I started with my 4 x 4 x 6 tent
Now I'v also got a 8 x 4 6 tent.

So the 4 x 4 is going to be dedicated solely to 18/6 MH Vegetative growth
whilst my 8 x 4 will be the FLOWERING area.

18 plant a time
Harvest every 6 weeks.....

That's the theory, anyway.

Yeah once I've got my other 2 boxes built I'm gunna try and harvest once a month
