setbacks??

could a week setback in the seedling stage setback how long these autos are taking? At about day 6 or 7 from sprout my power went off and had to use flashlight and a window sill to get any light for about 5 days. Now on day 75 and everythings good except that it seems behind. It only has white hairs and just finished stretching about a week ago. Any thoughts??

how many hours of light did it get in the window sill?

January so 11 hours a day tops right most likely only 1-2 hours of direct sunlight

they didn't grow at all but didn't die but seemed like it set them back I was expecting to be cropping by now

What setup are you usin now?
Lights, medium, pot size, nutes etc etc

their by a window and get 5-6 hour of direct sunlight plus 18 23 watt cfl bulbs all within 6 inches 5 gal pots with regular store brand potting soil that I added about 20% perlight too.. also nutes are malasus and 0-2-3 npk nutes
