Setting up a small grow box any tips?

So I have a ton of Rubbermaid tubs and I plan to create a grow box that's about 2x3x5. A few question I have: what's the best way to keep the light in the box and will a computer fan or two be enough air circulation? I was thinking about painting the inside of the box flat white but I dunno how that would affect the plant. Any other thoughts would be cool too, thanks!

Also I was looking into these they seem like the real deal to me. A bit more expensive than the other LEDs but nothing compared to what they were a few years ago.
