setting up my grow room

well i heres what i have so far
18gl bin or 15gl bin
6 5 inch net pots
6 rockwool cubes
1 temp guage
1 12 inch airstone
1 10gl whisper air pump{will have to get a much better air pump}
alot of hydroton pellets
1 air hose
2 oz of ph up
1 oz of ph down
6 oz grow
6 oz bloom
100 count wide range ph test kit
250 watt hps coming in mail
10 afghan seeds from nirvana
i got a couple 20 inch box fans

was just wondering if i need anything else..the problems im gonna have is with the ventalation cutting any holes is out of the question was wondering if theres any alternitives.smell is not a problem.i plan to grow 2 plants for my first grow to see how it goes.i plan to grow in my closet.heres some pics.any help or comments would me much apriceated.

Looks good to me, those fans are going to come in handy Your going to have to position them so you have a nice air circulation going on. One, for example, you can have your fan blowing the nice cold a/c air either in/out of the closet. That 250w is going to put off a little bit of heat, and your going to need the area cool. Good luck with your grow and keep us posted. I got a 400w Halide running with one fan and i keep the door cracked and the ac turnd down. The resevoir likes to soak up heat and if your nutrient water gets too hott, just keep a nice wet cold towel wrapped around it, it works for me. My .02$.

ya i should be getting my light in a week so as soon as i get that im gonna start growing.i need to take a trip to the aqua store to get a bigger pump though.was wondering if i had enough nutes though hopefully i do.i was thinking of growing 4 plants in that bin but this is my first grow and i think itll be easyer to just grow 2.what kind of bud you growing?

I am growing a Nirvana White Widow plant. And ya, I had those size grow/bloom formula bottles and it fed my 14 plant rubber tub drip system all the way through harvest...you should be fine. What type of grow/bloom is it? Some are different potencies but most of them just take a little bit to change nutrient level or (ppm) of your resevoir.
