Setting up small grow in bathroom.Temp too high and Humidity too low! Need advice asap! Please help!

I use my hydrofarm thermostat $30-35 to control my fan...one of the few things that HF does well. I mainly bought them for clone and seedlings but found out it will act as a control of heat by either turning the fan on or turning the lights off.

The last few days have been a headache to say the least. It turned out the new fan i got was a little messed up and getting it rigged up was a complete pain in the ass. It is running now and pulling alot more air but im looking into getting a different fan one that isnt damaged at all. Any recomendations would be appreciated. I also put a bigger fan in my swamp cooler. Im now getting no hotter than 79, cooler at times, and 59 humidity. Im considering putting an elbow on my swamp cooler and setting it to blow right over my plants. Ill post a pic of what that would look like. Not looking forward to how hot it gets in my house in the summer. I have a window ac unit i will probably have to put in the room my intake draws from. Day 32 or so.
