Start low stress training it, then topping and bending branchs back into the holes. If they have hardened up pinch and roll them between your thumb to cause them loosing up so you don't break any of the stems. Sometimes though you will need to get some pliers and a rag to do the job right but not on one the size of yours.

I guess a super crop would work in regards to pushing the screen up. However, this plant is nowhere near that stage yet. I was just putting up the screen as an example of what My set up looks like to give a better idea. That bucket has holes in it already to get it setup for LST. Ill probably start training it next week
