I have a 2'x4'x60" gro tent with 1000 watt led gruw light. The light itself Is 10"x16"...I have it 3' above plants. Is that enough for the space?

That is a heavy amount of light for a small space but still workable so.long as you have adequate airflow. "Overkill" setups like the are fun once you introduce co2, raise the temp slightly to the high 80s and watch the fun start. Imo it is easier to make a room bigger to accommodate a big light than the other way around. With that being said enlarge your room at some point, but if that's all you have to work with you'll be ok just keep the plants trained low and if possible add co2

I've been thinking heavy about that. I'm new to hydro DWC so I'm into any help. Appreciate it!

Maybe I should get a 4'x4' tent or taller, maybe 6'? Growing bubblicious by nirvana. Should be 3-4' tall. Just concerned about distance of light when grown.

Ι grew 3 nirvana bubblicious autos during the summer and they stretched alot ... you need a 6ft ceiling.

Oh my God! I was under the impression they were only going to grow 3 feet tall! Damn! Damn! Damn! Oh well, that's the way it goes.

I tried alot of new things and made many mistakes during that grow so I can't really say ... the potency was very low overall, but that might have been due to the very high temps. I was pumping co2 and had to cut the exhaust fan but didn't have an AC so when ambient temps were around the 90-92 you can imagine having an HPS raised them even higher.

(The 3 bubblicious I had went around 3-4ft tall ...thats why I said you need a 6ft at least)

I would not suggest doing dwc in an area that small with that much light and heat. It will be difficult to keep the water temp low enough to still hold oxygen and not damage the roots. Something like that just do soil or coco, top very early and use a screen to keep the canopy low. Train the branches to stay down on the screen, when about half the screen is full flip the lights

Also make the area big as you can. Tallest ceiling possible, it will help with th heat. I've built some pretty cool setups with just a few 2x4's and some olywood. Door skin works well too and is almost half the price
