Severely twisted growth and yellowing

Hello everyone
Long time lurker here with first post.
I'm having problems with some young plants in a DWC grow.
Growth is severely twisted, and new growth are yellowing.

Specs for grow:
1x2400k 300w(REAL 300w, not "similar in light as normal bulbs" wattage) and 1x 6500k 250w (got a 6500k 300w extra for flower) lights are about 15" from plant at the moment.
Water-temp - 66-70F
5 gallon buckets
Air temp at plant height is varying between 77-85F
ph stable on about 5,8-6,2, slowly climbing over 3-4day period
Weak nute solution with advanced hydroponics of Holland 3 part, 400ppm
plant is about 6-7" tall and (edit:2 weeks old, not 4, that was a typo)
Growth have been slow since seed, and growth have been twisted since start.
Plant in 5" net pot with clay pellets, and started in jiffy peat pellets. Net pot is coated inside with a special growth cloth thingy, that stops the peat from falling into reservoir.

Ive been reading threads all over for a week now, and ive got no closer to a solution for the problem.
Also i should say that the roots havent really started growing fast before since 2-3 days ago. They have grown from 1 cm under pot to this: since then, and looks bright white. A lot of new roots starting to come out too.
Net pot is about 1-1.5" over water, and aeration should be good. (2 double pumps for redundancy, 100gal/h each, good disturbance and spray from bubbles, but not so much it should overly agitate the roots)

This is my first grow ever, and im at a loss.
If anyone got some tips for me it would make my day

The only thing I know is that a good root system is mandatory for good grow. I finally went and spent some big $ on Roots Excelurator. It is the best in the business and you end up w huge balls of roots in a fairly quick time. My seeds have only been generated for a couple of days and I am already seeing good roots growth in my rapid rooters!! Now, I don't know if it will help that strange way your leaves are growing or not. I just know you don't have much of a root system for a month into veg. Good luck.

Whop, seems like there was a typo in there, the plant is 2 weeks old not 4.

Didn't see much growth until about 3 days ago, where the plant suddenly shot up 2 inches.

Sad thing is that was my last seeds too, and its insanely hard to get hold of new ones where I live:/ online ordering is out of the question because of import restrictions, and like 80% chance to get around 800$ in fines .. Believe me, i have tried twice!

85 degrees may be a little high at the canopy. Try lowering the temps at the canopy and see if that helps.

You need to get the res to 62 with a chiller OR use h202 every 4 days 50% grade at 1000:1 .
As they are they are fucked due to pathogen issues and if you don't fix it things wont get better bro.

Been trying to, but i cant run my filter-fan full speed because of noise issues. Made a soundbox for fan and a muffler for the exit air. Gonna try to see if it helps a bit.

I was under the impression that 68-70degrees was optimal temp for dwc's? i have H2o2 somewhere in my fridge, so i could try that on a plant.
I have flushed the buckets and given them (got another plant with same problem) new nute solution. I use h2o2 mainly for cleaning out the buckets, but i will try to add it to one of the plants to see if there is any difference.
Btw there is no slime, no foaming, no discoloring of roots of any kind.
Shouldn't h2o2 mainly be used for combating root rot and algae growth? I was under the impression that you could use h2o2 to prevent development of pythium, but that it would slightly damage the roots?

*Update*
Been struggeling to keep my temps down. Water temps in buckets cant get lower than 66-68F with my, but i have managed to get canopy temp down to around 77-78F more or less stable now, and new leaf growth isnt twisted. The color of the leaves isnt dark green yet, but most leaves atleast have gotten some of its color back- plant is now a little lighter shade of green than it should be.
Im going to monitor the plants closely for a couple of days now, as ive upped my nutes to 600ppm, as i saw ppm dropping by 30-40/day. PH rise is a bit faster than it have been at the start, but i guess thats just natural as the plants are starting to eat a bit more nutes.
Root-growth have exploded, and there is now about 5-7times more than on my initial picture.
The one plant i tried h2o2 treatment in tank is NOT doing as good. Roots growing slowly, but at least they ARE growing. Foliar growth have almost stopped, and its got more yellowing of leaves than before.

Just a question to the more experienced growers: Could the twisting be coming from some strange genetics in these seeds? The one that is doing good have "self-topped" as in slowed growth in the top, but started two new "main" nodes from the third leaf set wich are overtaking the top of the plant.

Hello again everyone. As i said earlier, thank you so much for all help.
I thought i would post a little update to how the plants are doing.

Twisting/deformed leaf problems got less severe the further into veg they went. Still a odd leaf here and there but no problems.
Both plant have shown sex, and it was two ladies
Been keeping a stable 19c/66f for res daytime, and 16c/60f nighttime after i switched to 12/12, overall room temp 25c/77f and canopy temp 30c/86f. Nighttime room temp is around 20c/68f.
Plants seem to love it
Also it shows that you should never give up on a plant even if its a bit sickly in the start Treat them well and they will bounce back, sometimes with suprising strength

got them under 750-850w (real watt) cfl's, one 6500k and two 2300k bulbs. (Switching to 600w hps if this grow is sucessfull)

12/12switch 5 days ago, one plant is about 25" and the other one is around 17". Super-dense growth. A little LST on largest plant.

Only problem i have is drooping/hooked tips on leaves, but i suspect that may have something to do with my high canopy temp?
(btw lights normally hangs about 10c/4" from canopy
If anyone think otherwise, or see something out of order I have overlooked give me a shout
