hi when can i tell if its f or m do i have to wait till the flowering stage or can i tell sooner and if i do have to wait till i start flowering how long after the flowering period has started ,,can i tell?

Yes, no, 3-14 days, not at this time. after you read some more then yes.
 
2 different things you could do. 1, give your plants about 15hours of light a day, it should show signs of perflower in about a week or 2. 2, make clones from your mother plants and put them into a 12/12 light period, then you will see if they r male or female. Also if you grow your mother plants for a few months they will show signs of what sex they r anyway..
