I wouldn't even say you are starting week 1 just yet. I would still give it a few more days to start to actually develop flowers before I would consider it flowering.

Ah ok. I apparently wasn't completely sure about the official stages in terms of when flowering actually starts. I've always referred to it by the time from the switch to 12/12. Thanks for that info. I've got a few grows under my belt but I've been out of it for a while now and I'm always learning something new. In the past I've always waited until I had much more definitive signs of sex before I made the call on whether or not to say it was a fem or not.

Female. Like Padawan says don’t start counting flower weeks until you see buds forming. Even then be prepared to add a week to 10 days to the longest flowering time the breeder claims. Be patient. The very end is where they’re bulking up.

Just for the record, it was actually Thundercat who said that. I'm a total nube compared to him. But ya the very end is when the magic happens.
