Sexing with 35x magnification

Hey guys. Grow is going great but I noticed some preflowers, I do believe. I'm at week seven and they are ALL showing preflower, need confirmation though. The picture with the longer stipule, I think that would be a nanner no? And the other two I think I can pretty clearly see yellowish white pistils, but not sure! Should I flip to find out or is that unnecessary stress?

I did confirm, as of today. On this one, the two yellowish hairs are pistils, under 35x magnification. They were about 0.5mm in length yesterday, today they are 1.5mm in length, confirmed pistil coloration and coating. The other two I'm uncertain and one looks almost like a herm.. but if you look real close between those nodes, they are 100% pre-flower. I'm not sure if anyone else has some good zoomed in pics of it but I've just got a phone and handheld microscope
