well i have many doubts about fem seeds.i'm not that experienced to say but i'd go with regulars.breed a strain and stick with it for a while.then dive in deeper ..nature made em regular
Except some of us don't grow all year long & for me a breeding project is out of the question.
When I pop beans I want my only concern to be what the Pheno's will look like, not if they are male or female.

I've gotten pooper fem seeds before, but mostly it has been a good experience.
