the other night i was out and this guy wanted to smoke with me but i made an excuse because i am a germaphobe.

am i being crazy?

i always wipe of the top of the bong or the mouthpiece of the pipe before and after i take a hit if i'm smoking with people.
just common courtesy imo.

i won't share blunts or joints.. all wet with spit, eww..

yeah, i don't want to get a cold sore. i've made it this long wihtout getting one, i woulld hate to get one now.

also can't u get hep and other things from sharing mouthpieces? i am just too much of a hypochondriac to share.

If it's a glass piece run the lighter over the end. That'll take care of most anything. If the person looks at you like you're crazy just tell them they are a filthy pig dog and spit at them.

exactly man, I always do it out of courtesy and people think i'm trying to burn their lips... then I have to explain that heat can kill germs and they look at me like it's not basic knowledge.:roll:

Anyways, I LOVE sharing with random people. I mean if someone smokes bud, and I smoke bud, then why shouldn't we be smoking that shit together spreadin the love!bongsmilie

it was a metal pipe lol. isn't that weird to have a metal pipe nowadays? i haven't seen a metal pipe in years. he did have nice bud but it's not worth the germs. i said no thanks. he was a weird guy. i have smoked with other, less sketchy people i don't know well without much worry.

You can get sick for sure even if they are not sick.
I will tell you now, when i walk into the grocery mart, i don't think twice about grabbing a sanitary wipe that they have by the shopping carts, people never grab them to wipe down their hands and handle on the cart until they see me b-line for the wipes first. Monkey see monkey do.:lol: People are fucking nasty!:spew:

i smoke by myself 90% of the time either when i'm at home or doing some shopping. i dont like the way i feel when i'm high around others (mostly people i don't know that well) unlike drinking it makes me more shy and quiet and less outgoing. i do smoke with my really close friends though, like tomorrow were going to blaze and bbq all day since nobody has to work, should be some good times.

Yes.

But now to answer your question.
Only with my brothers. We came out of the same vagina, we were born with the same germs, it aint gonna hurt now.

Other people I have small pipe for. Only for people I smoke out. When it comes to joints/blunts I just don't smoke them around other people so thats what I say lol.

but yeah you getting sick is just the balance of bacteria and virus' in your body becoming unbalanced allowing one kind to proliferate or trigger your immune system, your system going into supoer flush mode is what actually makes you sick, so yeah healthy dude from somewhere else carrying a virus your not used to can make you sick even if it is a virus that was dormant to him, so next time your sick just remember its just your body bein stupid,

Look at it this way. If you run a lighter over the tip you're killing anything that isn't airborne. In college I smoked with a lot of people and most of us got into the habit of lighting the end AFTER we smoked. Then when there was someone else new, they'd always be like wtf are you doing. It's a really good courtesy especially if someone else is packing the bowl.
