nope ......big ass fur trees on the land right now ......if i buy it i get the money from the timber
the person that owns it now has like 85 acres behind the land and own a construction firm (so get to play with the big toys)
he is a old buddy of nice lady ......so odds are we have to pay for the diesel fuel and a few bucks/buds/jugs/dinners to square the books for leveling the ground out
