No Ban :) we got them in a day before and they can't enact it.
All they can do now is put it on the Nov. Ballot.
We are starting a PAC now and will keep ahead of things and be
able to have our voice heard at the BOS meeting if we have enough members that are registered voters in Shasta Co.
We even have cannadates we are going to recommend, ahhh Politics!

Good day for us, so happy people followed through and made it a point to sign. Now, we need to make sure we all get to the polls in November, as I'm sure they'll try to pull the wool over our eyes once again.

As it stands, I believe once they count all of the sigs and validate, the referendum will be dead in the water and they will have the choice to either repeal it all together or add it to the ballot in November? Is this correct?

If that is so, what is the current ordinance for Shasta county?

First of all - CONGRATULATIONS CITIZENS OF SHASTIA COUNTY!!!!!
It seems to me that the Board of Supervisors completely miscalculated their own power
or, more likely, the expected apathy of local people.

So the new rules do not come into effect and the old rules stay on the books....
Until there is some kind of vote, in November (???).

WHAT ARE YOU ALLOWED TO GROW, NOW?
WHAT IS EXPECTED TO HAPPEN IN NOVEMBER?

What?? The referendum will not be "Dead in the water", if it gets enough sigs, it blocks the Outdoor ordinance Ban and can go to ballot and to vote. This is what the illegal "LAW MAKERS" in the county do not want.

good, fuck them.. Go team Cannabis.! :weed:
