As long as over 25 your good 27+ is ideal. I have two different ones the oven that pulls 27+ I mushroom in then move to bigger one after. I start the first at 100° till it's started to lay flat then move to 95 for first 24hrs then 93 for any longer if trying to stablize her out real good. What type of oven/vac you got? I got a 1.2cu/ft oven and 1.9cu/ft oven
