ok well ive been looking for what is wrong with my plant ive had people say its over watering its not i water every three days or so i dont think its a over fert problem i only use about a .3 of fert for all 4 of my plants once a week and its the MG 10-10-10. i have cfls and this is the only plant messing up so i dont think its a heat issue

i have been using tap water and not letting it sit... not doing that any more so i got two gallons just sitting wit the cap open.... and i flushed my plants with filterd water and all of my other plants responded really well to this leaves are st8 like solar panals.

and i put them into flowering on 10-3 problem started the 5th

That's a Phosphorus deficiency. Get some natural, high-P fertilizer like guanos or bone meal. Roughly the top half of the soil should be bone dry before watering. If you've never let your soil dry out completely before, you might give it a try.

i dont know the ph of the water going in it was probably high..............cool finally a answer bone meal and its cheap too lol so do i feed that to just the one retarded plant or the others as well and should i get a boom fert as well or dose this count as a bloom fert???

Feed the bad one a little more than the others, but they should all get some. When not mixed directly into the soil, you'll want to make it into a tea so that the plants can absorb it quickly before they get worse. You will really need to check the Ph of Bone Meal tea, it's alkaline if I remember correctly. Guano tea would naturally have a more suitable Ph. Try to get at least a little liquid Ph test kit.

so, are you still using filtered water or just straight tap with it sitting out for a while?
(i think its a ph problem)
either way, test the ph. even the cheapo strips will give you a basic idea of where either water is. use the one within the acceptable range (~7 for soil).
