Its like 95F. with no fans or vents what so ever what should i do to cool this sucker down..what cpu fans should i get..or what els should i use..do i need to cut holes into my walls and have vents going to the walls..? umm if there is any thing im missing plz give me comments or advise thanks guys/gals

Thats what i would do is cut your holes in the walls for the vents.

yeah cuz temps are around 95 tops right now with no fan in there do not have any clue on what to use for vents after i cut holes for them...should i use computer fans? or should i just setup a normal fan blowing out the hole on top and one facing in with the lower hole behind it?

thats with the 400 watter right??? cpu fans will not work fo dis shit. u need real fans man.... for bathroom or sumfin...

i know you told me that i was going to need good venting but 1 i am verry verry short on money and 2 it cant be as loud as a bathroom fan lol i got the room to stay at a stedy 90 with a fan in there is this still way to hot?

ok so i just setup a fan and put a bucket of COLD water in the room and a wet towel that the fan is blowin on and its blowin on the tops of the plants in 30 min i will check the temps here are pics !!! its going to be alot better asap...going to put vents in and probly that panda stuff idk what its called that black and white shit or some mylar any ways advise/comments are more then welcome thanks guys!!

my bllast has a built in fan and is in a spot in the box where it is much cooler ill take a pic hold on.

Her is where it is its under the shelf that the plants are on. on its own shelf with nothing els there its nice and cool i can touch it with my hand and there is like no heat at all..it has a fan that kicks in when it gets hot also.

BTW TEMPS ARE AT 80F. AND PLANTS ARE HAPPYYYYYYYYY weeeeeeeee still going to put vents in the walls just trying to figure out what fans to use...and how im giong to wire them and what not

well heres what i would do since thes 400watt system get really hot and they do: First youll need a very vvery good ventilation setup go to home depot and and get a 6 inch inline fan cost about 27 bux plus youll have to get one of their 99 cent extension cords to wire it up. Put the 6 inch inline fan in teh wall via cut a hole out their surprisingly queit i think then have the oscilating fan blowing in your room and you

Yes this is true i can vouch for cheetah i have mine outside of my tent and if i touch my digital ballast its super hot i know its well over 100 degrees F inside the ballast.

AND DP your setupp is loking nice with the plants in their 80 degrees is just about great IIRC.


Oh and one more tip DP since its night time right now th temps will rise dureing daytime in your room.

Thanks for all teh info guys P* think you could link me up to that fan? so i can just go to HD and know exactly what to get?

temps are now at a stedy 80F. will the plants be ok in there for a few days without the vents that will be cut into the walls asap?

No problem man,heres a linkof what your going to be looking for at HOme depot the inline fans should be with all the ducting and insulation/ Plumbing stuff High Tech Garden Supply .
I think theyll be fine in their as long as they have ablowing on them for now.

How would i go about putting that in my wall...and will i need to do any wireing or will the one from home depot come with a cord like that one i know you dont know if it will or wont cuz you dont work there but im just trying to get as much info as i can :( thanks mang

also thinking about possibly making a cooltube for this badboy...still thinking about it not really sure gata look at the skriLLa situation..($$)
