Did you ship it with a propane tank? They still don't get it! Its not contraband...if its legal. Go with a private courier...IMO

Good Luck with that! Your talking about our government here remember, half the time my mail doesn't even make it into my mail box, its on the frickin ground, ever try to complain? Set up an account with ANY of the larger companies and be treated with some dignity.

There are growers that will do upfront just make sure you state that in your terms when you look for a new grower.

As long as your a DG sending it to your patient.

my growers partner sent it with his name as the sender instead of my growers name so when it got intercepted the paer work did not match I guess. but that is just what he said canada post and the rcmp won't tell me any thing they say I don't matter only the sender. and now he will not respond back to me they seized it on the 16th of may and he stopped talking to me 8 days ago when I asked if he was going to send another

both canada post ivestigaters and the rcmp told me it is "NOT" legal to send through canada post but canada post sends a letter with your lic. on how they want it shipped

As far as I'm concerned if Health Canada says it's legal than it is.

This is what I have always hated about the get it free deals people agree to. Its not free to the grower. So sending you a replacement is costing the grower money. Perhaps you offended the grower when you asked for more instead of getting on canadapost/rcmp's ass. You said they would release it middle of june? Is that still the case? Is the grower helping you with the rcmp and canadapost? So if the grower sends a replacement and your meds are released in the middle of june, you get double the amount. Its great for you. Sucks for the grower. Grower is relying on the extra from your grow to make up for costs which you didnt provide. So of course the grower doesnt "want" to give you more. Not saying he is right here. There are so many factors here and I would personally love to hear from the grower as well. Ive hooked up so many people with growers and lots of times Ive been put into the middle of their conflict because both parties didnt go over terms in the beginning. I dont think you should start posting anyones info on the internet neither man. People dont respond well to blackmail and it sounds like your saying your going to post his info unless you get your replacement which I dont think is right. Did you mention that he could barely keep up with your 3gram limit as it was? He might not even have any extra in his house left to mail you. Just dont over react because canadapost fucked you over. And your grower might be a nob.

The sad thing here is that the mmar says use canadapost for delivery. The mmpr will also rely on mail delivery. I really hope some changes are made here or we will have this problem down the road too.

i have never got any thing from him if you can't get 9 3/4 oz in 4 months off 15 plants and your out there looking for some big script patients maybe you should do some thing else. and he is the one who set the price. and as for canada post they will not deal with the receiver only the sender. I do not know what he is doing with canada post or the rcmp as he has not talked to me in 8 days when I asked him if they don't get this resolved would he be sending a replacement.

It probably wouldnt be 15 plants in flower. He would probably have something like 5 in flower, 5 in veg, 5 in clones. Otherwise it will take longer to get your meds if he starts from scratch each time.

Whats your point about him setting the price? You agreed to it.

Four months is within range. How long do you think it takes to grow plants? So if he started from seed then easy 2 months veg and then 2 months flower (could be 3 months flower depending on what your guy is growing) plus dry and cure. 5 months. Now at the end of the two month veg from seed depending on how big those plants got he will probably give up 1-2 plants to you leaving him with 3-5. Smaller plants are faster turnaround but yeild less. Did you agree to upfront meds? If so then yea your owed something long time ago. If not, your expectations are not realistic. Did you guys agree to him "backpaying" you the months the plants are growing? 9 3/4? Think about this. You get 3 ounces a month. And you started counting from the day he planted the seed? This means everything the grower has been growing for four months has just gone to you. Nothing left for him. Your monthly needs start when your plants are done. Unless you specifically agreed to upfront. Remember, growers are not your slave.

As for the canadapost, he needs to get on that. If they told you he has too. You said they will release it in the middle of june whats going on with that? You said his partner mailed it? Is his partner living at the same address?

He should be communicating with you. 8 days no communication is just raising stress levels for you. Especially in the middle of a situation like confiscation.

Also, wanted to add this as an edit. Growers can have multiple patients so why can't he go looking for more?

last post he can look for more but if you can't supply the ones you have now he claims he will have to buy from a few of his friends to be able to fill my script how can you fill bigger scripts. this is all I have to say and will not be returning to this site I know what I can grow in 4 months and it will easilly cover me for the year. just picked up a property that I can grow in away from my kids. good luck to all out there

I wonder how many more "interceptions" will be happening if they really start using mail order for medical marijuana !

I also wonder how the Canada Postal Union feels about now being tasked on delivering the meds??? The pharmacists were afraid of getting robbed, so let's send it in the mail - so much more secure! ya right!
