Around the way is a place called Best Teriyaki. It was originally owned and operated by Asians. Now, it is run by Mexicans and all of the customers are Mexican. Everyone in the line is greeted in Spanish and they order in Spanish, and so on.. As I was eating there an hour ago with my friend, I ordered Kung Pao and it was made with chili powder; meh. I used to like the place but I would never go to a Mexican restaurant (my favorite) if it was run by Asians and all of the customers were Asian. Shit don;t match.

Is it just me?

Nope not just you , there used to be a joint called Down Home Soul Food that was the shit , it was black owned & operated & their menu was true southern food that i was raised on .

The place became highly successful & white folks bought them out , im sitting there looking at the changes in the food & it hit me , those fukers were serving Banquet Fried Chicken & Collard Greens from a can along with microwave mac n cheese .

I never went back since .

Wtf is a bunch of Mexicans thinking , chili powder in Kung Pao ? Sounds like shit .

That's racism. I've been noticing a pattern in you lately.

Well, Taco Bell isn;t really Mexican food. It's barely food. I think that's why you don;t see alot of Mexicans working there. It kind of proves my point; they know what I'm sayin. Asian food doesn;t come from a can so it's not really racist to say Mexicans making it isn;t as good. Is there a brown person who can throw it down and do it right? I'm sure, but they aren;t working at the Best Teriyaki. Who would you rather get your Mexican food from, a Mexican ran place, or an Asian ran place? That's racist? Then Woogie Boogie MF.

Not racist.

Lots of Mexicans working the Asian buffets. Also met a beautiful girl from Myanmar working one that was here on an asylum visa. Waiter said all the poor girl had to wear when she got there were a pair of dancing slippers. I wonder where she is now?

I get my belgium fries from a moroccan, vegetarian vietnamese loompias(?) from a dutch fat chick, and weekly go to a french deli ran by chinese who make a mean croissant tuna.

That sure is racism. You claim brown persons and hispanics are inferior at creating Asian food. Pretty sure that's hitler.

I agree Clayton. There is this great Chinese restaurant I go to run by barely speaking English; all you can eat banquet style or a order from menu for cooked as ordered. Fucking great Chinese; however, they also do sushi and some Japanese........that sucks

I'm not offended and I'm a Mexican soooo....

It actually makes sense, I don't even want to eat Asian food that a Mexican cooked.

Although I would shit bricks if a saw an Asian feller make a pot of caldo de res!

When we moved, me and my wife had to find an authentic Mexican restaurant so I could get my Menudo crack fix and our method was if there are a lot of white people eating there then I'm out, I wanted to find a place that real Mexicans eat at. Like no one on the staff even speaks English, you know, the real wets.

Mmmmmmm was it great when we found The place

Sometimes I eat the Chinese food from Safeway. It works in a pinch. Last year When I got home and ate my food it was fucking magical. Some of the best Chinese food I;ve ever had. I went back to see who was making it and it was a Chinese woman who was here for two weeks then going back. When I want good Mexican food, I go where all the brown MFers are; making it, and eating it.

Belgium fries and croissant with tuna are hardly specialties. Perhaps I have a more refined palate

Am I now an elitist snob?

Shiiit, right, Gary? When I lived in Tejas all my best friends were beaners. One family had 11 boys and 1 girl. They would make menudo in the kitchen sink. It is damn near impossible to find a good tamale, a REAL tamale where I am now. Shame
Oh yeah there is no substitute for a REAL tamale. I once saw tamales in a can and almost threw up

and they probably didn't make it in the sink lol but you have to wash the shit out of the stomach or it taste gross
