Shock for the plant ?

Hello. Will my 10 days pld seedling if i put it from the window under 2x 18w cfl ? I adk because it will be cloudy next week. + image http://oi59.tinypic.com/316ulc6.jpg

between 18-24 hours a day. Give yourself a little room between the top of the plant and the bottom of the light. You don't want to burn them. Good rule of thumb. Put your hand on the plant if its hot the plants hot move the light up a little.
