Check out something called a ceramic heat bulb.(they don’t produce light) Or a oil filled electric radiator. Right in your tent. The ceramic bulbs are available In multiple watt ratings, I use 100 watts and put it in a heat lamp holder capable of taking 150 Watts, but my tent is small. You can run them on an inkbird controller and maintain better temps.

I knew i was gonna have relatively slow growth due to low temps in my house..but i also noticed some yellowing of leaf tips today so i think im just gonna cut out feeding altogether as i do have a veg tab in each..just ph'd water from now on until a week before flower with 20% runoff and pray i dont have to flush in the meantime..im hoping that will help..i may also let them veg a little longer to make sure i get what i want out of them..another month and i think they'll be the size i want before switching..im not in a hurry as this is my first grow so i want to get the most i can but not gonna let it take forever..my next grow will be a little more productive from the get-go when the temps rise and i have "slightly" more experience..lol..onwards and upwards
yea when i started growing many people advised against the food tabs. even in my other hobby we have food tabs NOBODY will use them cause we all know they are shit. temps can slow down growth as well. run your lights 24/0 if you can or get a heater?

Actually i bought a 150 watt infrared heat lamp a few years ago and never used it..it was put away and forgotten about.
Thanks for reminding me!:)

the food tabs i have were left over from an auto grow a couple years back..i didnt want to waste them so i gave em a try..am definitely gonna toss em now and get real about this shit..i have 2 heaters but they are almost never on as i am big believer in saving money at all costs..summer grow will be much more productive.

run your lights 24/0 then should keep the temps up during the night when temps usually drop anyways. during flowering cold shouldn't be an issue depending how cold it is for you. im the opposite i gotta run an ac but like you i rather not waste electricity so i just flower outside or in my closet gonna run without an ac.

ya it gets pretty cold at night here sometimes..going down to about 12-14 celcius..its not an issue for me but i know my ladies have hard nipples!..will try 24/0 for a bit and see what happens.

You can veg in 24/0 ive done it before supposed to get more growth but idk pointless for me since it isnt that cold and you get diminishing returns of course

ya i decided against that..im halfway or more through veg now..maybe on my next grow, ive read green crack does best under 20/4 24/0 anyway so either one will be next..thanks for the input though

yea i mean i don't want to say anything negative about 24/0 i've tried it on 1 grow on the blue widows only and i tried 18/6 or 20/4 even but idk what it is for me personally seems like they enjoy the dark cycle but for me thats because it gets fairly hot in my grow room at times. they didn't seem too bad in 24/0 though just with the diminishing returns feels like im wasting electricity unless it's super cold
