Short Strain Suggestions.

Hey guys im lookimg for some suggestions on some good short stocky strains for my grow space which has height restrictions, now ive already done a few grows here but they can tend to get out of hand to the point of tying branches down, i have 4ft in total including hps, after this grow i want to start to grow my own mother as ive only ever done seed!! Any suggestion that fit my criteria would be most helpful..

Northern lights is an indica dominant strain. It is such an hearty, indestructible, tasty and easy to grow strain that it gets crossed a lot with other strains for various reasons. One is that it is a short squat plant and so it gets crossed with sativas to reduce stretch and to make them easier to grow indoors. I suspect that is where chronic lights came from. I heard chronic is a lanky sensitive strain so it makes sense that somebody would cross it with NL5.

In fact, probably 70% of all hybreds have a touch of NL in them.....

Blue pyramid by pyramid seeds 80% indica 20%sativa grows short and fat nice sized buds check it out at pukka budz.com or check the vault they have a few pyramid strains not sure what though

Yes well i got a really good yield out of the Chronic Lights, first ever grow and the best yield to date, the only reason why i didnt go again is the size, they got well put of hand and towards the end i couldnt even get in my grow space without lying on my belly and sliding my way into a tight space were i fed them, and they were drinking around 4 litres a day in coco and perlite, absolute nightmare but well worth it in the end!!!

Nice ill have a look into that... im kicking myself for not taking a clone of this free seed im growing.. delicious cheese candy, its actually sativa dominant but out of the different strains im growing its stayed the smallest but really bushy with thick healthy stalks, its only been in flower 3 weeks and i can already tell it will be the biggest yielder...

Only reason im not looking on the seed sites is because there info seems inaccurate almost every seed sounding to good to be true, hence why im looking for growers first hand opinions..

Short and stocky I'd go Short Stuff Auto #1, yeah auto 24-36 inches at harvest is the norm

I ran it 3 times, 2 times indoor and just finished an outdoor run... Extremely stable and ridiculously easy to grow... Even outdoor it didn't crack 4 feet tall... Dense nuts loaded with resin and oily. Its the stockiest strain I've ever grown and smoke is a plus.

Ive considered autos.. but ive been pulling an average of 58oz off 10 plants under 3 x 600w... but thats pushing my room to the limit, how many autos, what size pots, would i need to pull a simalir yield? im using 12litre pots/3 gallon at the moment and like i said 10 is pushing it to were the plants are all touching eachother amd i have to top and tie down branches but it works and the space is such and amazing light trap...

58oz of 10 plants no not with SS#1 autos,

ain't that grand and fail in comparison to photos

but for a quick turn around is best what they are known for

with SS#1 you can harvest in 2-21/2 months, but are tricky

Yeah id probably stay away from Autos til i get abit more experience
