Short Vacation advice from people who have experience

Hello Forum Members,
As with most people, my wife and I need to get away.
We are planning on leaving for 5 days and 4 nights.
I would rather not stunt my plants. I have 4 autos on a 20 hour light schedule.
I think I can reduce the light and reduce the hours of light and water heavy.
If I must, I can have a friend water them. But I would rather not ask.
Has any one on this thread done this? Any advice?

Don’t do it all the time, but get some deep trays and fill them with water b 4 you go away. I have been known to use trugs .,horse feed buckets with handles both sides,. And fill the plant to around a third of water and left them whilst away, something of the same nature would sort your problem out or should do

I went away for the same amount of time that you are and my plants were in veg and were fine. I watered the morning that left. I also have a camera in my tent just for peace of mind in those situations.

They are 29 days old today. The 2 in the front are Purple Chem V2 and 2 in the back are Iced Gushers V1.2 all by RocBudInc.
When I leave they will be 6 weeks old. One of the Iced Gushers went on the big stretch.

To Obepawn, no disrespect intended. There are 1001 reasons some do not like posting pictures. Maybe it was living through the so called Drug War, where Marijuana was treated and penalized as if it were heroin. Maybe it's the 20 to 30 friends incarcerated for 5 to 10 years for a roach and even residue. I got kicked out of college, full tuition paid for for SUSPICION of smoking Marijuana in the 70s. Maybe it's the fact that it is now legal in my state and I still have Brothers doing 40 years, 50 years and life sentences for possession with the intent of distribution. Maybe I still do not trust my state and local government because while going after my friends and brothers my government used every trick in the book, with the least being entrapment and the worst taking large payoffs and still busting people. UNTIL IT IS THE LAW OF THE ENTIRE USA, I will not trust ANYONE. And even then I will be cautious.

THINK OF THESE THINGS WHEN YOU ASK FOR PICTURES. Do you understand.

By the way 29 days old and flowering for 7 to 10 days or longer. By the time I leave they will be 21 to 24 days in flower.

I too will never post pix again, your not alone there, we have outdated laws where flower growing is illegal and I just got busted again.so don’t sweat it with the pix

I felt like I was on a rant, but the local and state gestapo in my state will never get any respect from me.
The things they have done to keep my brothers locked up are criminal, for a plant, I never knew of anyone robbing a bank or harming anyone under the influence of this plant. I meant no disrespect to Obepawn, he is a good man trying to help me.
But if he knew what I have lived through he would understand me.
It seems every time I post a question people ask for pictures, we need them to understand.
I hope to feel better about it once it is the law in our entire nation, and I hope the powers decide to let our people out of prison. We have locked away generations of black men and poor people for nothing more than this.
I need to get off my soapbox and stay off this forum.

It's all good, our state made it legal 3 years ago. I want to put aside. I want to participate in the freedom.
But I have seen the snakes in action... until the state releases the people I know still doing time for residue or a roach, I can not turn my back on them.
I try to gain knowledge by looking at other posts and I will continue this way.

I picked up half a dozen small water globes at the dollar store before we went to Panama City Beach for 6 nights last month. I watered them heavy changed to the fan to oscillating and dimmed the light to 80%. When we got home the planters were light and the plants were happy. Gave the globes to my wife to help with her patio plants. Believe me though I thought about my girls every day!

If you knew who @Obepawn was you'd be howling. If you aren't comfy posting pics don't. However the pic tells me I wouldn't leave my plants YMMV
