Should all seeds be germinated at the same time?

I germinated directly In pre soaked root riot cubes, 3 days after 4 seeds sprouted and over a week later another 2 seeds germinated. Would I be okay to keep them or should I instead just have the 4 plants that have already been transplanted and discard the newly germinated seedlings? My aim is to have an even canopy and i think if I keep the newly germinated seedlings then I will struggle to keep an even canopy. Can anybody help me out here? Much appreciated

Keep them all it will not matter a lot in the long run. Some grow faster than others, but how long they take to germinate isnt correlated as far as i know.

definitely keep them.

my current grow, i only wanted 1 plant, but the seedling looked week so i started germinating another of the same strain 4 days after the first was planted.

ComfortCreator is right, it does not matter in the long run.
The seed I started later was only 3-4 inches shorter than the older one at the switch to 12/12.
By flower day 25, the late start seed had stretched taller than the first one planted. check out my current grow

Thirded. Keep'm.

Even canopies are achieved with planning and training, more so than waiting for the plant to pace things. One plant growing faster than others? Super-crop it, top it, LST, whatever you're comfortable with. I like stretching colas outward so if one slows down, all I have to do to raise it up (rather than lowering the rest of the canopy) is to pull inward on that branch.

I haven't done it, but lots of people swear by SCROG too, for an even canopy. I like taking my plants out to get a real good look at them, so wouldn't work for me.
