I don't drink as much beer as I used to. I've found it makes my normal herculean physique a little, well, not herculean.

Don't you ask hired thugs to use guns to force your peaceful neighbors to do things they'd prefer not to, but you wish they would, but are unable to convince them to via friendly persuasion ?

If you could extrapolate a bit, you might gain a more truthful perspective.

When you advocate for a law which is a malum prohibitum type law you are in a sense, "calling the cops on your peaceful neighbors" who don't share your point of view.

So, why would you call the cops on your peaceful neighbors ? Are you afraid to steal from your neighbors yourself and you need a law / cops to do it?

The most frequent and omnipresent act of suppression is via a democracy.
