I keep mine on a timer. 15-30 min 2 times (staggered) during the dark cycle. Helps keep air moving and the plants shaking to help build stem strength.

leave it on 24/7 bro it help release vaoprs that are poison to the plant man and also builds a strong stem and it also drys the plant out which make it produce more resin which is a good thing and when it gets cold it causes the plant to purple out bro

It is also a good idea to always have it on all the time to prevent fungi, bugs, etc., from getting a foothold. (they like stagnate air)

Run that fan 24/7. Helps prevent Bud Mold, strenghtens the stems, and a cold room in Flowering increases the trichs.

I'm in the same boat here. I have my fan set to go off with the lights to prevent it from getting to cold at night.

Now how cold is to cold? I'm afraid if I leave my fan on at night it will drop below 50 degrees. Especially later this month when it starts getting colder at night.

Here's my question which pertains to the OP. Not trying to thread jack.

If I/OP left the fan on for say one night just to record the temps, and the temp actually fell below 50 degrees, would it be bad for the plant??

Don't want her goin' into shock cause she got to cold for 12 hours.

She wont shock if its only 1-2 nights, but she will turn purple and it looks nice.
No harm done

I see it this way - the wind blows at night outdoors...no reason not to have it blowing indoors as well.

Thank you very much everybody for all the info
i think it is best to leave it on all night by what people are saying, besides at night without fan it is 19c with fan on it drops to about 17c only 2c difference so yeah i think il run it 24/0. Thanks again everybody!!!!
