Should i be comcerned?

These white/crystal looking specs on leaves, is it normal or should i be worried?? 1st indoor grow and want to fix problems before they become bigger is all

Isnt this forum for questions for beginners?? This is my 1st time growing and thought it may be mold starting. Not sure with your being disrespectful to someone that has honest questions, if you feel your to superior to have a little respect towards people that are just trying to do it correctly. Cancer is a bitch and this helps alot so it is important i do it the right way.

It’s the trichomes making it look frosty. But asking this question on a grow forum is kind of like asking why it smells like your grow space has a skunk in it.

Exactly, I was having trouble putting myself in your shoes, me having a totally different relationship with cannabis, I knew what trichomes were just from talking about what was in the plastic bag we bought off the street outside the arcade (Space Port in Seattle '85 or so I was 15) we called them crystals.

People teasing you about trolling are giving you a compliment.

Sometimes great growers come on here to show pictures and brag a bit, and to be cheeky they ask, "Is this okay? Should I start over?" when they are obviously awesome plants.

So yeah, you're getting teased.

Like so many of us I use this medicine to keep my depression and anxiety at bay. It also helps an auto-immune issue. So, ya I am very careful about how I grow. I can imagine having a life threatening illness would add ungodly amounts of anxiety over possibly failing to produce a medicinal crop.

As others have already said they look great. The frostier the better! Some have chosen to say it in a rude manner and that is most unfortunate. A new grower should always feel welcome and respected here...at least that's how I see it.

I do want to offer a suggestion...now that have found RIU (and I hope you stick around) read the forum threads. There is so much good information to be had! Starting in Newbie Central and working through the Plant Problems forum all the way to Advanced Grow Techniques.

If you grew nice crystals like that on your first grow...you will do nothing but improve. Best of luck to you and yours and stay healthy!

Yeah, in actuality, that much trichome action on a plant with that young of buds is pretty spectacular.

Hey OP...how about some more pics? I'd kinda like to see the whole schmeere!

Your doing great man. Id be interested in knowing what strain your growing please, and the exact lighting your using ?

Appreciate it thanks man, yea i started smoking less then 6 months ago and im 41 so definetly a rookie here lol!!!!!

Just figured it would be the best place actually since alot of seasoned growers on here. Its nice to get honest experienced answers since doing google research basically gives you 50 different answers lol

You know honestly i was given about 30 seeds all together in 1 bag so i have no idea, BUT my friend that gave them to me said all he knows is that they willnbe good buds since he only smokes good buds...
