Should I be flushing my plant yet? (pics)

Bagseed, Hydro, CFL grow

I know you are supposed to give the plant a good 2 weeks of flushing before harvest. I have taken some pictures for you guys and girls to give me an estimate when i should change my res.

What do you think?
