Should I be topping/fimming my plant

I always grow indoors, but trying an outdoor godfather OG this summer. I always FIM my indoor plants. Wondering if I should let this grow naturally, or top/FIM this. What do most of you guys do?

That looks like where I start topping mine, but I grow in the ground. They can get really bushy outside with a little topping. These look like they will be nice Christmas trees if not topped.

The available height of your grow space can also dictate whether or not you want to top, outdoor plants get very tall.

No limitations on height. That’s why I was wondering if I should top or not. Indoors it’s a no brainer.

IMO topping/fimming temporarily slows plant growth, I prefer tying the top down until it generates a few more tops. Make a bush with minimal stress on the plant

Fim or top will increase the amount of flowering heads the plant grows. Since you are interested in harvesting flowers I think you can guess an answer.

I would. You get more robust plant habitus and more flowering tops.
