Should I be worried?

I ordered from Attitude with no problems and got my seeds in about 3 weeks. But after reading some posts it seems like everyone says it is such a terrible idea to order with your cc and mail it to your house with your real name. I have to admit i used my real name, cc, and address thinking they wouldn't care about such a small order. I thought this precaution was meant for larger growers. Should I be worried? Thanks

I did the same thing about 4 months ago from nirvana no problems. Have always been told they just confiscate the beans when they find them.
I am a legal medical grower though that doesnt meen much to the feds. Maybe obama will put them in check.

I don't think anyone has ever got in trouble for ordering seeds, only selling them. I ordered some Xanax from a company online one time and they got stopped and I just got a letter from US Customs, they didn't do anything about it they just told me I could'nt have my xanax. I used my name and cc for the attitude and got my seeds in 9 days.
