should i be worry?

My two plants are 3 1/2 weeks into veg. some of the leaves mostly seems like the lower leaves have been getting brown tips and on the side of some of the leaves. I never used nuts, the soil im using is Scotts premium potting soil, Im also using CFL's so there not that much heat and have all the lights around inch away. been watering with rain water and bottle water these are 8mile high Mandala Seeds

any ideas what the problem is?

how often is there water on your leaves like in the 4th pic? whats your pH?

theres hardly any water ever on the leaves, i just watered it before i took pics and im not sure what the PH is i got to run to the store later and get one

I think it looks fried. Maybe back the lights off another inch or two and see if that helps. They do put off some heat, I have burned plants with them before.

yeah im going to try that too backing the lights up some too see if that helps
